We are All About Names Limited. We have been decorating china and selling on the Internet since 1996. First it was just greeting cards and we added the wording with a special gold pen! Then technology enabled us to glaze the wording onto the cards – but using only one colour. At that stage we added plates and mugs to our range. About 3 years ago technology advanced again and we can now glaze photographs (and our own designs) onto a plate or mug.
Privacy: We will not share your name or personal details with any other party. If you place your order on the website we do not even see your card details, and your name and address are automatically erased from our records after 8 weeks. If you prefer to place your order by telephone your card details will be shredded as soon as payment has been taken.
Delivery: We use Royal Mail’s First Class post – although if anyone can explain why they call it ‘first class’ we would like to know! Your card/plate/mug has to dry thoroughly after it has been decorated; it then spends most of a day in the kiln where it is heated to 850C. It is then posted the next working day. Occasionally a plate will develop a fault during firing, in which case we decorate another one. That involves a delay and we will advise you accordingly.
Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund.
